Joy is born and raised Chinese from Hong Kong. She grew up learning Chinese Calligraphy as part of the learning class at school.

Today, we are decorating the healing room with Chinese calligraphy mantras. Zen Pai is just like brush strokes, combining light and firm strokes that form a beautiful energy.
