Prepare for your Zen Pai session
Before your session:
-
Clean face without makeup for more accurate face reading
-
Comfortable clothing
-
Eat light meal 2 hours before the session

After your session:

-
You may have a 'buzzing' sensation in your body after a Zen Pai session. It is because your meridians are unblocked and blood is flowing nicely. This sensation should go away within 30 minutes.
-
Your body temperature may increase during the session, sweating is because your body is detoxing. Make sure you drink plenty of water, keep yourself hydrate for the day.
-
You will feel tired for rest of the day, as all your meridians are unblocked, blood is flowing during the session, your body is doing a reset. Rest, walk at the beach, and grounding are the best way to maintain the flow of qi.
-
Cover your body with clothing. Your pores will be wide open during this detoxing period, it's important you keep yourself warm to avoid catching a cold.
-
You may feel emotional as the underlaying trauma(s) that are trapped inside you are surfacing. We recommend you to sit, feel and let it drift off. Remember, we are here for the experiences.
