Service Description

Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide quality session to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations, inconvenience not only our providers, but other patients as they miss the opportunity to be treated. There are two methods to confirm/cancel your appointment, an email or message is sent out at the time of booking, with a link to cancel the appointment up to 24 hours prior. A text message is also sent 24 hours before your appointment as the final confirmation/cancelation time. If you don’t receive any of these messages, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
